DAILY RATES

1) Daily rates include:
  a) Assistance to book flights (private or commercial).
  b) Assistance to obtain all local permits.
  c) All ground transportation between airports, between airports and our game reserves.
  d) Lodging.
  e) All meals and beverages.
  f) Hunting guides.
  g) First preparation of trophies.

2) Daily rates do not include:
  a) Airplane tickets (city of origin / Bs.As. / Sta. Rosa / Bs. Classified Rates

As. / city of origin).
  b) Hunting and trophy licenses, permits and tags.
  c) Firearm permits rental and ammunition.
  d) Taxidermy and trophy export related costs.
  e) Telecommunication costs.

BOOKING
1) Verbal reservations will be held for a period of not more than ten (10) days, pending confirmation of client’s payment.
2) A minimum payment of 50% of the total daily rates will be required to effectively book a hunt within the verbally established dates.
3) The payment of the remaining 50% of the total daily rates must be made at least 60 days prior to the date of the hunt. In case the booking takes place within the 60 days prior to the date of the hunt the payment must be made for the total daily rates of the verbally established dates.
4) There will be no reimbursement of any kind due to client’s cancellations or early departures.
5) Final payments for remaining balances will be made in Argentina prior to client’s departure and according to the established price list.

SUCCESS RATE
BnB Adventures does not guarantee a 100% success rate on hunts due to many circumstances it can not control such as nature, weather, client’s skills, etc. T&S Buenos Aires’s guides will work diligently to provide the best possible opportunities to produce game for the client and will be aware of its personal desires and needs.

WOUNDED AND LOST POLICY
Any animal that the client shoots at and wounds, but is not retrieved from the field, will be considered dead and will have to be paid for by the client. T&S BUENOS AIRES will have the ultimate authority in determining whether or not the animal has been wounded according to evidence such as impact observation, blood trails, etc.
If the animal is retrieved at a later date BnB Adventures will inform the client immediately.
