General information.

Most hunts will take place from our hunting camp in Hiland Wyoming (50 miles west of Casper). Some hunts will be out of spike camps consisting of camper and tents. All meals are furnished by our staff and are included in the price of the hunt.

Regular airline service is available in Casper WY. This is the closest airport to our main camp. Pickup and drop off at airport available to our hunters at no extra charge.

The hunters are responsible for the cost of all meat processing. Your guide will recommend a reputable meat locker in the area you hunt takes places.

Non hunting companion in camp $100 per day.

Seasons

Wyoming has various opening dates in different areas. Some Antelope areas open in September while other areas don’t open until October. Elk season opens in September for archery and in October for rifle. Mule Deer season opens the latest in Mid-October.

License Draw

Hunting license in Wyoming is on a computer draw basis. WE have all the necessary forms to apply for such license. Elk license applications are due in by Jan 31 for non-residents. Antelope and Mule Deer license applications are due in by March 15.

Applications for license must be accompanied by personal check, money order, or certified check. If you are unsuccessful in the license draw, all of your money will be refunded by the Wyoming Game and Fish Department except $10.00. PLEASE do not apply for a license without discussing it with us first, as we will not necessarily hunt the same areas from year to year.

After Obtaining License

1. CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO SCHEDULE DATES FOR YOUR HUNT.

2. DO NOT sign the carcass tag or landowner coupon attached to license.

3. You will need to get a Wyoming Conservation stamp to validate your license.

4. If you were born on or after January 1, 1966, you will need to have a hunter’s safety card.


Booking Your Hunt.

We require a deposit of $300.00 for Antelope and Mule deer Hunts. Elk hunts require a $500.00 deposits. These deposits are due at the time license applications are mailed in to Wyoming Game and Fish Department. Personal checks are accepted for initial deposits. Balance of hunt is due upon arrival in camp. This payment must be made with cash, travelers check or money order.

Refund Policy

Your initial deposit will be returned in full for any of these reasons:        

Unsuccessful License Draw.

Closing of a season by Wyoming Game and Fish Department       
Death of a immediate family member.
If requirements are met for Wyoming Game and Fish Department to refund license money after successful draw due to illness.( proof by Wyoming Game and Fish Department refund must be shown in this instance.)
